Music Transfer

For music transfer issues, MobilePC can assist in resolving the problem. There are a few basic questions that will help narrow down the issue. Please provide the following information:

What computer are you running (Mac/PC)?
What operating system (OS 9, OS10, XP, 2000, ME, 98)?
Are you connecting via Firewire or USB?
Can you confirm your computer is USB 2.0 vs. USB 1.1?
Do you have iTunes installed? What version?
What does the iPod screen say when connected to your computer?
