Treo Reset

A hard reset will remove all the settings and data on the unit and restore it to its original factory shipped state.

To do this on the Treo, please turn the phone off. Then hold down the power and reset buttons simultaneously. Then, release the reset button while holding the power button. When the circular Palm logo appears, release the power button. When it asks you if you wish to completely restore the unit, select the up button to complete the reset (as instructed on the screen).
