Condition Complaints

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the condition of your ipod. We do state in our auction listing that this item has scratches to the case and screen and we also state that the cosmetic condition is not covered under warranty. That information is provided in our auction listing and available to customers prior to ever placing a bid. We also state in our auction listing that we normally do not accept returns. However, we do not want you to be stuck with an item that you are unhappy with. Therefore you have two options:
1) You can return the item to us on your own and we will replace it with one in better cosmetic condition. We will pay for shipping the replacement to you.
or
2) You can return the item to us on your own for a refund. However, we state in our auction listing that if we are not given the chance to replace the unit with one in better condition, we charge a 25% restocking fee and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. In this case, I could lower the restocking fee to 15%.
Either option you choose, there is a return process that needs to be followed or it will significantly delay your transaction. Please let us know which option you prefer and we will initiate the return process by issuing you a return authorization number.
