Condition

Sorry for any confusion. However, we state in two separate places of our auction listing that our items are refurbished. First, on the left side column, underneath the eBay Titanium Power Seller logo, it states: This laptop is refurbished and in excellent operating condition. Second, underneath the warranty section it states: As with any refurbished product, the cosmetic condition of this laptop is not covered by the warranty. This laptop works great, the display has no scratches or blemishes, but it may have scratches on the outside case. They are guaranteed to work perfectly by a one year HP warranty.
