Freezing

Occasional freezing is not uncommon and considered normal by Apple. It can usually be corrected by running a reset, which is done by quickly turning the hold on and then off again, and then holding the select and menu buttons (the center white button and the top button of the clickwheel) for 5-10 seconds.
