We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your iPod. Apple recognizes that there are some common issues with their iPods and have provided a detailed troubleshooting page. Please visit www.apple.com/support/ipod to troubleshoot your iPod problems. If you find that the five Rs that Apple suggests trying do not solve the problem, please contact us and we will initiate the process of sending you a replacement under our 30 day repair/replace MobilePC warranty.
