Credit Card Discrepancy

Our records indicate that your shipment has been held due to a credit card address discrepancy. You should have received an automated response regarding this issue. As is stated in the payment and shipping policies of our auction, we can only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to purchase our item. Please let us know if it is acceptable to ship to the billing address we have listed. If this is not acceptable, we can still ship to the selected shipping address if it is added to the credit card. This can be done simply by calling the credit card issuing bank (whose phone number can be found on the back of the card) and requesting that they add the shipping address as an alternate address on the credit card. If you choose to do this, let us know when you have contacted the bank and we will verify the address with them and ship out your item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please know that this is for your protection as well as ours.
