MobilePC ships items to the 50 USA states via UPS. Sorry, but we cannot
send products to a PO Box, International, Canadian, PR, or APO military
destinations. At this time, we do not have a local retail store, so we
cannot offer customer pick-ups of their orders.
As our feedback reflects, we normally ship the same day we receive payment. We must receive payment by 12noon PST for your order to ship out the same day. Otherwise, your order will ship out within one to two business days.
We ship via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air must be selected. Please click on the "Shipping" graphic at the top of our auction listing for specific shipping charges related to any item.
By the second business day, you will receive a tracking number from UPS by email. This email is titled UPS SHIP NOTIFICATION and will be sent to your email account that is registered with MobilePC. We assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your shipment; tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.
Our shipping and handling charges for items sold on our auctions are combined to ensure the lowest possible fee to the buyer. Most of the cost you are noticing actually comes from the expense of high quality packing, advanced audit testing, and rigorous quality control.
